Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. After our 1 day processing window, orders take 5-15 business days to arrive depending on where you are in the world. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but after 2 hours from purchase we cannot guarantee changes, as the order would have entered the shipping process.

Order Cancellation
We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it's on its way to you in no time. You have a window of 2 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation. Order Issues
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to courier issues (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages), we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. However, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge to ensure you still receive your order.
