90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Smilers. If our dental chews don't work for your dog, you have 90 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. There's nothing to send back, and you keep the product.
To qualify, we ask that you show us you gave the chews a fair try and they didn't deliver results. This means providing your order details or proof of purchase, along with a short note (a photo or two is helpful) showing the product was used as directed over a reasonable period.

Damages and Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@smilers.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at hello@smilers.com.
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage or cancel it within the 90-day guarantee period. Any subscription renewal that processes after this window has closed is not eligible for a refund. Managing, modifying, or canceling your subscription before it renews is the customer's responsibility, and failing to do so is not grounds for a refund.
Subscription Orders. Smilers offers products that can be purchased on a subscription basis ("subscription"), which renews automatically unless canceled. When you sign up for a subscription, the payment method you provide will be charged every 30 days or at the delivery cadence you select ("billing period"). By submitting your initial order, you accept the terms of the auto-renewal offer and confirm that you understand this Subscription Policy.
Cancellation of Subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next recurring charge, you must cancel before the last day of your current billing period. To cancel, contact our customer support team at hello@smilers.com. All cancellations take effect on the last day of the billing period.
Billing Information for Subscriptions. You are required to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date, including any change to your billing address, card number, or card expiration date. You must notify us promptly if your card is canceled or is no longer valid. You can update these details through the customer portal or by contacting our support team.
